Wolfram Gruss

in collaboration with artist Wolfram Gruss and Jazzunique, we developed once again an immersive and interactive experience where visitors embark on an audiovisual journey driven by individual emotions. for the installation, reference was made to Wolfram Gruss‘ enthusiasm for the interactive relationship between sound and image as well as emotionality.

 

we transformed Jazzunique’s showroom, „imprfct space,“ into a dynamic and engaging environment where visitors could create emotional profiles and reflect these in real-time generated and tracked sound and light effects. at the core of this experience is a facial recognition technology that captures the emotions of visitors. these emotional profiles allow each visitor to see and hear their feelings mirrored in the space around them, enhancing the immersive experience of the installation.

we captured visitors spatially, orchestrating 3-dimensional effects throughout the room. pixel-perfect control with Astera HydraPanels and Touchdesigner software created personalized lighting effects, while location-based audio delivered individuell soundtracks tailored to each visitor’s profile. Stage Precision’s software SP synchronized all systems in a player logic way for a unique audiovisual journey.
